Our website uses cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. The Meta Pixel and advertising cookies are switched on only if you accept them in our cookie banner. The Pixel sends Meta information about your visit, such as the pages you view and your device and browser details, and Meta uses it under its own privacy policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy). How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer. We keep customer records for as long as we need them for warranties, servicing, accounting and legal requirements. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required or entitled to keep it, for example for a warranty claim or a legal obligation. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous. We review our records at least once a year and delete enquiries that have passed this period.

We limit access to the people who need it and use reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep it secure. If a data breach puts your information at risk, we will tell you and the Office of the Ombudsman without undue delay and within five days of becoming aware of it.
